GVR offers a wide range of services to meet your home improvement and repair needs. Our offerings include general contracting and remodeling for full-scale projects up to $150,000, drywall installation, repair, and patching, as well as mini-split installation for climate control solutions. We handle cabinet installation, whether custom or pre-made, gutter cleaning and minor repairs, and custom media wall construction for entertainment centers. Flooring services include LVT and laminate installation and repairs. We also provide interior and exterior painting with high-quality finishes, fence installation and repair, tile work including flooring, backsplashes, and showers, siding, fascia, and soffit installation and repair, as well as basic unskilled labor for simple tasks as needed.What is GVR's job minimum and maximum?
GVR’s job pricing is structured to accommodate projects of varying sizes. The minimum charge for any service is $285, while the maximum project value is $150,000.Does GVR price match or change prices?
GVR does not offer price matching. Quoted prices are honored as provided unless a customer requests changes that increase labor or material costs, in which case a signed Change Order Form is required. There are no surprise price changes.How does GVR handle materials?
No markup on materials; charged at cost. Clients may provide materials (no warranty on defects) and keep unused materials outlined in the scope of work.Does GVR charge for troubleshooting or diagnostics?
Yes, GVR charges for troubleshooting and diagnostics even if we cannot fix the problem. Subject to our job minimum of $285. We’ll recommend a specialist if needed.Does GVR offer touch-ups?

30-day unlimited warranty on workmanship. Requests outside this period are handled on a case-by-case basis.What is GVR's satisfaction guarantee?
If unsatisfied, notify us within 7 days. We’ll inspect within 48 hours, repair/redone work at no cost if due to our error, or offer a partial/full refund (up to 100% of labor, excluding materials) if repairs don’t satisfy.
